Russell and Jan McGlashan began establishment of their ten hectare vineyard, McGlashans Wallington Estate in 1995. Four varieties are now planted including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Shiraz.

Winemaker, Robin Brocket uses French Oak to mature the wines for 12 months prior to bottling. The wines are multi-award winning and have received a five star rating in the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2015.
The new cellar door has now opened and offers wine tasting and sales, along with gourmet grazing platters featuring local seafood and wood fired pizzas in winter.
A maritime and automotive memorabilia display is located in the cellar door along with classic car exhibitions.
